At Alpha Gymnastics Academy, our School Field Trips give students a one-of-a-kind opportunity to experience gymnastics in a fun, educational, and active setting. Designed for schools across the Windsor–Essex County region, these trips combine movement education, physical literacy, and teamwork in a safe, state-of-the-art facility led by certified coaches.

Our 10,500 sq. ft. gym features professional-grade equipment, including bars, beams, vault tables, rings, trampolines, a spring floor, and our crowd favourite, the giant foam pit! Each visit begins with a short discussion about physical activity and safety, followed by a warm-up and rotations through exciting gymnastics stations. Students are divided into small, supervised groups, ensuring maximum participation and engagement throughout the session.
