Before moving to a more advanced group or program, Alpha Gymnastics Academy conducts short Assessments to determine readiness and ensure each gymnast is placed where they can safely grow and succeed.
Personalized Training for Every Athlete
This process helps coaches understand the athlete’s current ability, strengths, and areas for improvement, ensuring the right placement in classes such as Advanced Recreational, Pre-Competitive, or Competitive Programmes.
Assessment Length: 15 – 30 minutes and can be exteded upon request
Parents or guardians may also request an assessment as a trial session, allowing their child to experience gymnastics before committing to a full session.
